Shipping is included in our pricing even outside of the United States. We work with our global partners to ensure you have quick and accurate deliveries. At times this may extend a normal shipping timeline due to us utilizing the most economical shipping methods.
Refunds are available only for manufacturing defects. Our procedures are as follows: Una Caminata must be notified via email (Subject line: RETURN with customer last name please) within 3 business days of delivery of desire to return product(s). Through this communication we will do our best to come to a desired resolution. Dependent on the defect, we can discuss refund, replacement or another option. A resolution can be expected within 7 business days after an email of intent to return is received. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you !
